Met the chef and we drank 40 yr cognac. Definetly recommend this restaurant for its simply prepared pristine fish and oysters with not much else. Great value for the money.
Also ate at Pierre Gagnaire's Gaya restaurant on Rue de Bac. It was good with intelligent touches and alot going on . Some beautiful dishes here too. But LaCagouille was more enjoyable . more on that later
Love Pierre Gagnaire's food. I ate is food back in 2000. I would love to see how he has evolved over the years.-gs

ReplyDeleteLooks like fun. With a twist of whiplash. A lot to absorb. But must be tasty
